12noon Festival Triathlon - registration 10.30am starting point Dungloe Lake, finishing on Main Street This is not for the serious tri-athletes but more a fun based challenge for groups of friends or family. Following on from the fun, excitement and sheer exhaustion of last year, why not try it out this year. Teams of 3 with combined times. 300m swim, 6k cycle, 3k run. All groups must be there for registration at 10am

2.00pm Irish Whip Wrestling RCS Gym €10 adults / €6 children Irish Whip Wrestling take pride in providing safe and fun entertainment for all the family. The show is fun for all ages and there's something for everybody to enjoy from serious wrestling fans to families so come along and check it out!

7.30pm Raft Racing - build your own raft Dungloe Lake Free to enter Man Made rafts only, each raft must complete the course. A fun event with 4 per team.
8.00pm The Grand Ladies of Country with Philomena Begley, Sandy Kelly,Georgette Jones & Leona Williams Ostan na Rosann €25 Doors open 7.30pm. One of the world’s best Steel Guitar players Two-time CMA award winner, Bruce Bouton will be playing in the concert. As a songwriter he has had songs recorded by George Straight, T Graham Brown, Mindy McCready, Garth Books, Glen Campbell, Mark Wills and George Jones.
